Best Of The Best: My Favourite Statement Necklaces

3. Primark Cord Pendant Necklace
6. Zara Blue & Teal Bead Statement Necklace

I love a good statement necklace. They take an average typical outfit and can make it into something special. I love the mix of colours that are out now and the different types of textures that they're made out of too.

1. This necklace is so big you definitely will not miss it. It has different coloured metal chains mostly silver with a few gold thrown in and would look great against a plain black canvas. This is one I feel would be quite easy to wear as it would go with most things.

2. Necklace number 2 is possibly my favourite, I wasn't too sure about it when I first saw it but the more and more I see it, the more and more I love it. I love the mix of colours and beading. It feels quite ethnic and I love the shape on it!

3. Primark definitely keep upping their game and this is a necklace that I'm looking out for. I love the coloured cord and the clash with the metal and the spikes as well as the blue and red colour clash. This would really give a simple shirt a bit of edge!

4. The colour on this necklace is gorgeous, just a three simple stand out bright orange flowers. I really do just love the simplicity of it.

5. This necklace also has a bit or coloured cord- I'm really into this at the moment, it's quite nice to put on a necklace in the morning and not have its metal chain and hook cold on the back of your neck. I hate that! This necklace is more on the pretty girly side compared with others as it's a light baby pink but I love the mix of shaped rhinestones added to it.

6. Zara always have great statement necklaces and this is just one of them. I love the mix of blues, teals, turquoises and greens in this and I think it would make a brilliant piece to mix with an orange blouse and like in this picture it looks brilliant up against white so also a simple plain white dress too.

Are you a fan of good necklace? Do any of these take your fancy?
