Wish List: Summer Holiday

I cannot wait for holidays. Here are my favourite picks that I really love at the moment (I didn't include any swimwear as I just did a post on those recently)

1) Asos Backless Body // 2) Zara Printed Dress // 3) Nails Inc Summer Collection '13 // 4) Lavish Alice Asymmetric Skirt // 5) Chockers Shoes Flatforms // 6) Primark Studded Sandals // 7) New Look Neon Yellow Statement Necklace // 8) EBay Neon Orange Bag // 9) Topshop Mint Green Cami // 10) New Look Statement Necklace // 11) EBay Backless Body // 12) Chockers Shoes Strappy Heels

[Will post the links tomorrow]

Who doesn't love floaty dresses, pretty shoes and gorgeous bright coloured nail polish shades for a summer holiday! All I've been thinking about recently is getting away into the sun and these are some pieces that have really caught my eye this season. [Sorry about the quality of some of the pictures, they're a little small and a bit blurry!]

Keeping it quick today as I'm knackered. I got up really early this morning after being up late last night and went into Cardiff to do some shopping. Couldn't believe how full it was. There were really good sales but the queues were soooo long. I gave up in the end, which is definitely not like me. BUT... this does mean I have a little haul post coming up soon now  as I shopped quite a bit... mostly bits for holidays. I actually bought the sandals (item number 6) in the image today, they were half price in Primark! Also got number 7 too from eBay delivered the other week but that's a different story, I'll throw that in a haul post too maybe.

Hope you've all had a great day and have a great weekend!

OOTD: Zara Floral Print Bomber Jacket

Bomber Jacket- Zara via eBay
T-shirt- Primark
Leggings- Select
Necklace- H&M
Rings- eBay
Bag- New Look via Asos
Chelsea Boots- F&F at Tesco

Hey Guys! So today, my mum and I headed out to do some shopping in Bridgend Town and then the McArthur Glen shopping outlet in Bridgend also and this is what I wore. I was sooo looking forward to getting this bomber jacket but if you follow me on twitter you would have seen that I got in on monday morning and the stitching in the side was all ripped and as a result is has a hole in it. I was gutted to say the least! I couldn't get a full refund for it when I contacted the seller as I would have had to send the jacket back and posting to China is bloody expensive so I decided to keep it and the seller gave me a partial refund. I'm hoping that my mum can sort it out for me though. She's pretty good with a sewing needle! Nevertheless I wore it today with my new New Look bag too!
We didn't really buy anything today apart from some cute storage boxes for my jewellery and treating my mum to some tops for her birthday that's next week. There are loads of sales on now too so everything nice was already sold or weren't in my size. Oh well!

I also found out my 2nd year uni grades today and I'm am chuffed to say that I passed with a higher overall mark than I expected! I got a 2:1! :D I can't wait to see my girls and celebrate with them!
If you're in uni and have had results like a lot people today, I hope you're all happy with your grades and go celebrate too!

Have a lovely evening!

Best of the Best #3: My Favourite Swimwear

1) Topshop Caged Bikini- I featured this bikini in a look book post a week or so back. I love the caged design on it and I couldn't really chose between the colours I liked, so as I featured the coral-y/orange one last time I thought I would put this gunmetal one in this post.

2) F&F at Tesco Polka Dot Bikini- You would definitely not be able to miss someone in this bikini. The red and white polka dot makes it a stand out piece and the cups are perfect for ladies with bigger boobs! I think it's really cute.

3) H&M Pink & Grey Bikini- I love this crosses of paneling on this swimsuit. It's quite different from most I've seen around. I imagine the straps on here are also good for ladies with bigger boobs as they are quite thick and I love the tie-die print it has on it.

4) American Apparel Malibu Swimsuit- The main thing I love about this swimsuit is the low back and the fact that it comes in a whole range of stand out colours. Not sure if I could pull this little baby off though! The women in the advertisement have great bodies.

5) Dorothy Perkins Multi Bikini- I love anything with a lot of colour and I love the paradise print on this. It's definitely a holiday piece with the exotic flowers and parrot print on it perfect for summer.

6) H&M Pink Floral Bikini- I love the colour on this bikini as I think it would look really good with a tan. It's mainly covered in pinks and purple but with the white canvas underneath it'll make you look browner than you are. You can't actually see it very well in the image but the bikini bottoms have lovely gold zips down each sides which adds a little something extra to it.

7) H&M Bird Print Bikini- I love this, I think its on sale now too with is always a bonus. Again it's got a kind of exotic feel with the bird and flower print which makes it perfect for a summer holiday.

Do any of these swimsuit's take your fancy?

On another note, it's a quick post today as I'm off out with the girls tonight for some drinks and some dancing. I think I'll wear one of the tube skirts from my Asos haul yesterday, not quite sure yet though! It'll take my forever to decided and I need to get some of my stuff ready in advance as I need to drive to my mates house! Depending on the quality of the pictures we take, I might do a little post on what we get up to on a night out and an outfit post.

Hope you all have a nice night everyone!

#7 New In: ASOS Haul Feat. MinkPink, River Island & New Look

Mahooosive Asos Haul
[Warning: This post is picture heavy and contains a lot of colour and print!]

I really hope you like haul posts as this is a big one. I've been meaning to post this for a while now and have finally gotten around to sorting it out. I can't wait to show you all what I got because I really love the stuff I got!
So two or three weeks ago Asos held a special offer day where students got 20% off their shop. Being a savvy shopper, I'd been putting quite a few items into my 'saved items' section on the website and went for gold when the offer was made available.

Clothing:

Mixed Print Trousers- Asos

Over the last few weeks I have been a massive fan of printed trousers and these are just another pair to add to my collection. I absolutely love the bright blue on there with the clashing red and contrasting orange and purple print down the sides and on the waist band. They are so light and comfy and are just perfect!

Paisley Print Midi Skirt- Asos

This skirt isn't something I would normally go for but I loved it on the model on ASOS as it was wore in a really casual but cool way. I love the mix of ethnical and paisley print and the coral and pink colours in it.

2 Scarf Print Tube Skirts- Asos

How perfect are these skirts! I love the mix and clashing of colours and print on the both of them. They fit like gloves and really suck you in. The second one is a thicker material than the first so has better hold and is my favourite out of both. I think I'll be wearing on of these on a night out soon with my girls and taking them on holidays with me (If I get one booked that is!).

'Petite' Swing Crop Top- Asos
Buttoned Lace Midi Skirt- River Island via Asos

Both of these items make a great pair. The top is a swing top so is really floaty and loose, perfect for summer holidays but it exclusive to the 'petite' range at Asos only and as a result is a very short crop. The skirt is from River Island on Asos and is quite similar to the last green midi lace skirt I bought from Miss Selfridge that I featured in one of the other new in posts I've done. Nevertheless I really like it, and as I said before looks great with the crop top.

'Chelsea Girl' Fringed Kimono- River Island via Asos

Probably my favourite piece from the haul is this amazing kimono from the Chelsea Girl Collection at River Island via Asos. It is just perfect. I love the embroidery, print, the colours and the fringing. I can't wait to wear this! It's definitely coming with me on holidays! I'm really loving kimono's at the moment, they are so easy to wear and can make a great statement.

'Chelsea Girl' Cut Out Playsuit- River Island via Asos

Another from River Island via Asos and from the Chelsea Girl Collection is this playsuit. I love the embroidered print yet again, which is almost the same as the print on the kimono and the cut out detail it has too. Another that's destined for a holiday abroad!

Distant Traveller Print Palazzo Pants- MinkPink via Asos

How amazing are these!!!!!! I spotted Vanessa Hudgens wearing these when I was flicking through some stuff online and she looked really good in them and was my main inspiration for buying them. They definitely make a statement! The legs are huge and massively floaty but don't feel heavy when worn at all, though I definitely need to get the sewing kit out and shorten them. I love the lilac colour and print and the low waist on them.

Accessories:
Initial 'L' Beanie- Asos

It's a beanie, it has an L on it, what more can I say? It's really cute!

'Love' Ear Cuff- Asos

As I've said before, I am a huge lover of ear cuffs and having short hair like I have is perfect for showing them off. It's a really cute piece to add to my ever growing collection.

Rose Gold Pinky Ring- Asos

This pinky ring is just adorable! Rose Gold is still my favourite colour for jewellery and has been massive over the last year. I've said loads of times that I'm a huge fan of rings and as well as getting this ring I also got these...

Set of 8 Gold Rings- Asos

These make the perfect addition to any ring collection as there are great for stacking up and mixing and matching. They come in a range of widths and will jazz up your hands in a matter of seconds! Love them.

Nude Winged Handbag- New Look via Asos

Last but not least is this 'New Look' bag. I love it, it's a lovely Nude colour, has winged sides and is very spacious and has lots of room inside. It has a zip compartment inside as well as a small pocket to fit your phone in. Comes with a longer, over the shoulder strap too. Makes a nice change from black and brown bags as its lighter for summer.

Asos definitely have some amazing pieces online right now and I know it's really bad, but my saved items is full again. What's a girl to do ey? And how awesome is it that they are stocking Primark items now. I think it's a fantastic idea!

It's been a while coming but I really hope you've liked my haul. Have you bought anything from Asos recently?

OOTD: Blurred Lines

Dip-Dye T-Shirt- New Look
Leggings- Select
Concealed Wedge Trainers- Primark

Really casual outfit today due to the fact that we've had pretty crap weather (some summer we had ey, lasted the whole of a week!) and I've had loads of errands to run and stuff to sort out. I've been out this morning to get application forms for a new passport, as well as getting passport photo's and sorting out someone to countersign them for me.
I also got tones of mail today including lots of bits for DIY post's. I'm hoping to get one done tonight maybe, though I've not even opened them yet to see what exactly has arrived! The main thing I got in the post today that I've been waiting for though is my new SIM card for my phone... I am in love with it! So I've been registering that and my number today too. I've also spent yesterday and today taking some pictures and writing some blog posts in advance.

Anyway... the outfit consists of my new dip-dye t-shirt from New Look that I featured in my last new in post. Cost me just £5 in the sale, it's gorgeously lightweight and feels really floaty. It's lovely. Leggings from +Select Fashion were the easy option today as I knew I had loads to get done but these ones from select are super comfy, they feel thicker too than most other ones I've seen and tried and finally, the heeled trainers. I bought them in Primark last year I think, they're really comfy and the concealed wedge is perfect for me as I'm a shortie :)

Hope you've all had a nice day!
