So yesterday, me and the family went to Ogmore-by-Sea as the weather has been so brilliant. I think everyone else had the same idea too, it was completely packed out!
For those of you who don't know, Ogmore-by-Sea or Aberogwr in welsh is a little seaside village in the Vale of Glamorgan in South Wales. It's a wide sand and pebble beach that's two miles long. Perfect for long coastal walks with fantastic scenery. The beach has spectacular seascapes that go on for what looks like forever.
It all starts off with a river...
...that flows into an ongoing sea.
Plastered with rock pools and pebbles it is brilliant for getting a net and finding some crabs and little fish nestled within as well as fossil collecting.
It's popular with surfers and canoeists, dog walkers, families and everyone in general with horse riding and pony trekking opportunities, fishing and always kite flying.

The views make it the perfect place to live with some absolutely gorgeous houses on the cliffs with balconies and conservatories looking over...
This place is always bursting with excitement during the summer with plenty of people coming to enjoy the view, take a dip, have a picnic and soak up the sun... as well as getting a 99 from the ice cream van!
I know I said I would add in a little Ootd but the batteries in my camera ran out, it was a bit annoying as I had a few more pictures I wanted to take too! I'm burnt to a crisp anyway so it was probably for the best haha.
